Background:

15. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and GetYa ltd Ltd shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and GetYa ltd Ltd and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
